Since opening its doors in A Coruña in 2003, Vilaseco’s exhibition program has been based on a commitment to contemporary art-making, and to showcasing artists from both Spain and abroad.

In the exhibitions tab, you will find an overview of the gallery’s different periods, starting with its beginnings under Ana Vilaseco (2003-2011) and including its 2012-2014 interlude as Vilaseco Hauser. Both periods were crucial in cementing the gallery’s status within the Galician cultural scene.

In 2021 we opened this new virtual space in order to make contemporary art more accessible and welcoming, as we continue to work alongside our artists.

In May 2022, after six years working on the countryside, in the Ribeira Sacra, we established ourselves in an old cattle farm surrounded by an oak grove, orchards and meadows. From this place we continue promoting artistic production projects. The space is located within the OsCasares estate, a multipurpose project that promotes encounters, knowledge from close proximity, learning, and cultural exchanges.
